You Expect me to RUN?

So for all those who thought I forgot about the Paleo Challenge I hadn’t. We started on April 14th which actually makes today day 30. I think most people got to Monday and decided it was a 4 week challenge. This week you need to re test your Jackie time and plank hold as well as weigh in and check BF again.
