I guess we could call this one mini Murph as a WOW.

Your score will be your squats. The tie break will be your run time.

I am open to some suggestions for exercises you guys would like to see come up in the WOW’s. Please post thoughts and suggestions to the comments section.

  2. You should have a separate varsity category. Maybe use that thing to carry on your back or pulling sonething outside. Or something with kegs or tires

  3. T2B, snatches, overhead squats…

  5. How about “crossfit total” divided by body weight?
