Ok so last week favored the little guys who are great at Cardio and Bodyweight movements. Let’s even up the playing field a little this week.

3:00 Total Time:1:30 Max Calories on the Airdyne
1:30 to establish your Max LOAD Clean and Jerk

Your Calories on the Airdyne will be added to your weight lifted so if you don’t think you’re gonna lift a house then make sure you go hard on the Airdyne.

You CAN start with your bar loaded with the weight for your first attempt before the workout begins.

  3. My thoughts….for the both of you; We don’t put SAD faces after you both gave it your all and for Casey who probably did it 3 times in order to stay in 1st!
    I was 1st place, then off the board, then 3rd place then off the board again for not evening a showing for the final WOW #1…. THE END 🙂

  7. I have to admit, that when I read “last week favored the little guys”, I take that as a challenge! I think I’m considered a “little guy” and I’m gonna lift like a big guy….just sayin:) I love these WOW’s so much!
