Work Fast, or Run More

I want to thank everyone for their support of my decision not to post 14.3 yesterday. It feels good to know that you trust I have your best interests and safety at heart.

For Time:
50 Cleans 95/65
50 Burpees
50 Weighted Lunges 95/65 (in place, not walking)
50 Push Jerk 95/65

Starting with a 200 m Run and Every 2 min on the 2 min another 200 m run. Modifications will be altering the run distance to 100m
