Upside Down and Up and Over

I wanted to take a minute and congratulate everyone who competed this weekend. Everyone worked hard and represented our gym very well.

The holidays are fast approaching and it’s time to whip out those old recipes OR pick up some new ones.  CFFS Is hosting a recipe exchange of Whole30, Paleoithic, Primal, or Zone eats.  Sign-up to bring an entree, side dish, or a dessert. Make 15 bite size portions of your dish and bring a copy of your recipe to exchange with others.

When:  Saturday, November 16th
Time:  5-6pm
