Throwback to the 80’s

Considering the surprise appearance of a very special guest for the weekend I feel it’s appropriate to bring out the workout he programmed personally. For anyone who doesn’t remember this workout it was previously done on 1/18/2013 and was the final workout of the week. The amount of neon colors, big hair, and half shirts in the room was awesome.
