I am going to announce the September Challenge.
CrossFit has 21 girl named benchmark WOD’s. If you commit to doing this challenge you will need to do a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 15 “Girl” WOD’s at RANDOM. You will randomly select a ball with a name on it and you must do that Girl. There will be a chart to log what workouts you have done and your time/mods. Coaches will still be focused on running the regular WOD’s so this challenge will require some autonomy on your part to set up equipment and set aside the space to work in. This will not be an easy task even at only 10 of them.
