Endurance WOD’s: Week #8. I need some feedback from those still going on this program How are you feeling. Trish Just ran her half this weekend and did well, Congrats to her.

  1. Going great! I ran a 10k race today and kept my pace at 8:55 which is about 30 seconds/mile faster than I was a few weeks ago. It was a PR…and the race was in fountain hills, so a challenging course!
