Sore Chesticles

Since the upper bodies are probably really sore we will go after the lower body.

3 Rounds for Time:
100 ft. Walking Lunges
50 Sit Ups
25 KB Swings 53/35


  1. So breakfast is probably the hardest meal of the day. Who likes pancakes. I know I do.
    Here it is.

    2 Bannannas (make sure the bannanas are yellow and pretty soft)
    2 Eggs
    2 Tbsp of Almond Butter

    Mash the Bannanas up in a bowl
    Add the 2 eggs then Almond Butter
    Mix until you get a smooth creamy pancake batter
    Pour on the griddle, it will take a little longer than regular pancakes and be careful when flipping.

    This will make about 7 or 8 medium pancakes.
    If you want more just double.
