6 Box Jump Overs
12 Push Ups
Go until you can’t complete the full round within the required minute. If you make it all 10 minutes perform the 11th minute as :30 sec Max Reps Box Jump Overs, and :30 Max Reps Push Ups.
Score will be rounds plus Reps.

That post is actually from a year ago from the Whole 9 website which was a blog run by Melissa and Dallas and is much more lifestyle based. That is NOT their Whole 30 approved list. We will be going over any and all approved things over the next few weeks.
Everyone please just focus on the food and your body for 30 days and not the ways to make it easy of keep certain things or supplements. One of their rules sited in that post is does it replace good food. Until we get you onto good food you won’t even know if you need to supplement anything.
Please just wait till we go over the rules together and everything will be answered. I promise. It’s only 30 days.
