Scooter Roll in / Push Up
The Scooter Roll In / Push Up will be a 2 part move. Starting in a push up position with your feet on the board you will roll your knees in to your chest and then roll them back out. You will then do a push up with your feet still on the board and that will constitute 1 Rep.
