I promised a new one today and here it is.

15 Min AMRAP:
EMOTM 250 ft. Shuttle Sprint
Plank Hold

On 3, 2, 1, Go you will start your shuttle SPRINT (Notice the all Caps on SPRINT), as soon as you finish the sprint you will immediately drop into a plank hold for the remainder of the minute. At the start of the next minute you will begin another shuttle SPRINT and then go to your plank as soon as you finish it. You will continue this cycle until you can no longer hold the plank for the full remainder of the minute.

Making it all 15 minutes will be a feat, although Bruce would like to point out that in testing this one he went for 25 minutes without missing a round.
