  1. I liked the max load testing. Good to know where I’m at.

  2. i was a big fan especially since i regularly do the strength WOD’s. I liked being able to know exactly where I’m at and see the improvement.

  3. Julie and I really liked the max load testing format and look forward to doing it againin. It was great having the Coaches available for questions and feedback on technique etc.

  4. I wasn’t there this week but I’ve done them with my brother in Stl. Looking forward to getting in the strength WODs and improving my max lifts.

  5. I liked it since I’ve never tested my max on any lift ever. It’ll be nice to begin the strength program so I can see those numbers improve. Plus, this is the first time I’ve ever gone in 5 days in a row, all because I wanted to know my max numbers. It made me realize what my body can handle. No more slacking!

  7. I really liked the max load testing. It gave me a good idea where I am, and what I am capable of doing … if I keep my core engaged.
    The coaches were all very helpful, as is always the case.
    I am looking forward to the Strength WOD.
    I also really liked the cardio tests … who knew I could run … sort of …
    It was written earlier in the week that we are very lucky to have this programming, and I am in total agreement.

  10. I really enjoyed max testing. Being new to crossfit and working out I found this to be really empowering! It was very motivating.

  11. I liked it and wouldn’t mind doing it quarterly. Even the cardio tests were helpful. I was sorry I missed some of the lifts.

  12. I loved it! It was good to focus on the basics. I felt I learned lots this week and knowing my max is a great way to get into routinely doing the strength WODs

  15. I LOVED it!! Great way for me to push myself even more. I was able to beat my previous PR’s in all of the lifts you had us do this past week!!!

  16. I liked it also even though I didn’t do all of them. There was a different energy in the gym this week with all new learning tools and the “buzz” about the Girls. I also would like to do this quarterly.

  17. I was only able to attend one day of Max Load week, but saw huge value in the personal attention I got on form. If that is typical of a Max Load week I would definitely say it’s worth doing on a recurring basis. Thanks Jason!

  18. I really loved this week!! I loved how much attention and time the trainers took with me to make sure I was doing lifts correctly, give me pointers and to push me farther then I would of pushed myself. Max Loads are intimidating on your own and this week made it soooo much better!! I agree with doing this quarterly. Thank you Jason and Bruce for all your help and support 🙂
