Monday: 25 Wall Dips, 50 Jerk Dip Squats ( Controlled in Each Direction. Focus on movement path)
Tuesday: 50 Push Press, 25 Split Drop (45/35 BB from behind the neck)
Wednesday: 25 Dip/Pause/Jump, 25 Split Jerk (45/35 BB from behind the neck)
Thursday: 50 Jerk Balance
Friday: 25 Push Jerk, 25 Split Jerk
