The Workout will be divided into 2 continuous 5 minute sections. within the first 5 minutes you will do your Pull Ups and Row with the remaining time. At the start of the second 5 minutes you will do your BB Thrusters and then row with the remaining time. You will be scored based on Meters traveled.
