Crossfit Forever Strong
Here is a real easy one.
Take about 5lbs of apples (or more enough to fill a crockpot)
Core them and peel them
Cut them up into small peices and fill the crockpot
Add alot of cinnamon and mix it in makeing sure to get the cinnamon all over
Add a little less than a quarter of a cup of water
Leave in the pot for about 5-6 hours longer if need be
Enjoy, I think it tastes better than store bought.
Thanks Nick! I’m trying the pancakes tomorrow morning, lets see how they compete to the usual cinnamon rolls my husband and kids eat on Saturdays.
