It’s 80′s Day and I’m Feeling Chipper

Today is the self defense class at 2:00 pm. Please make sure that you come if you are available to. It supports a good cause and is important for everyone woman to have the skill and confidence this will teach.

Ok, Here it is. The final day of the Mystery Programmer and his final WOD is an 80′s workout. I personally think it’s pretty sweet. It’s kind of like he was sitting next to his radio with his finger poised over the record/play buttons waiting for his favorite songs to come on, quickly pushing record and then trying to get as much of the song as he could, but cutting it off just before the radio DJ started talking again.  (For our younger members, it was the only way we could make a play list back then.) The result of his hard work and patience is this Workout Mix Tape made just for you.
