You will have 2 partners for this workout… Well Sort Of. You and your partner will be given a KettleBell at the beginning of the workout. You will keep this in your hands and off the ground throughout the entire workout. If the KB is put down it’s an instant 10 Burpee penalty. The total reps below is what the team must complete. It doesn’t matter who does how many, just that they all get done. Only one member of the team may be working at any given time. It is specified below who should be holding the KB. During the lunges and squats it must be the working person. During the other 3 exercises the “resting” person must be holding it.
200 m Walking Lunges (Person Working Must Have KettleBell)
75 Burpees (Person Resting Holds The KettleBell)
100 Wall Ball 20/14 (Person Resting Holds The KettleBell)
75 Knees to Elbows (Person Resting Holds The KettleBell)
200 Squats (Person Working Must Have KettleBell)
