  1. I def want to do the advocare. I don’t really want to lose weight, I want to tone up. Whole 30 wasn’t for me I had no energy. This diet seems very doable. I’m excited!!

  2. If anyone has any questions please do not hesitate to contact me. I am excited to lead our gyms challenge and can’t wait for it to start!

  3. 1. Blogging & Groups are the best motivators for me….also I enjoy the social aspect of the group. These should be a constant in the gym :) Or more consistent. Say quarterly….
    2. Might do Advocare, still looking into it. Initial cost is high.
    3. Paleo or Whole 30 Challenge I would do. (If Buy-in no more than $30, or without buy-in)
    4. Photo Contest not my first pic…..but maybe incorporate into one of the food challenges?? Most weight and another prize for best body changes during whole 30…

  4. I am not too familiar with Advocare, how safe is it? Do you eat normally during the challenge or the shakes only? I would like the Paleo or whole 30 challenge again with the meetings and online help- entering diet.

  5. To michelle, yes the product is safe and yes you eat normal food. There is a meal replacement box that comes with the kit but its on taken once a day. There are a few brochures that describe or layout each day as well as what to eat in Jasons office.

  6. I am up for the Advocare challenge and definitely for something right afterward since the 24 day challenge is only meant to kick-off the weight loss. Learning/maintaining healthy eating habits with exercise is key to keeping the weight off. I’d be up for a picture contest too.

  7. Have placed my order for Advocate and ready to get started.
