You will get to pick the weight you use today. The goal is to complete the workout unbroken with the heaviest weight and fastest time. Choose your weight carefully because breaking up the Bear Complex will come with a hefty 15 burpee penalty for each break. Once you begin the Bear Complex you must complete it before you put the bar back down. You may rest anywhere you want within the 5 rep cycle except with the bar on the ground.
