  1. I hope everyone is excited about the hike this Sunday. We are going to meet at the gym Sunday morning between 8:30 and 9:00. We will leave and head to the mountain from there at 9:00. Don’t forget to bring water. Also bring your friends and family and show them what your gym is all about. Again if you have any questions let us know. Thanks alot guys.
