Run 800 meters
30 Kettlebell swings 72/44
30 Pull-ups
3 Rounds will be required of everyone. The RX will be 5 rounds. MOST people will be scaled to 3 -4 Rounds. This is a long Brutal workout so please plan your time accordingly. Oh and you can thank Craig for this cause it was his idea!!!
