CrossFit Horse

This workout is a great partners workout. You will be challenging each other to work harder. Think of it as a bunch of mini competitions. This can be done in groups of 3 if needed. You all have that name on the board you are always looking at that’s close to you. Get a hold of them, call them out and try to make them spell horse.

This will work similar to the classic basketball game we all played as kids.The loser of the exercise will get a letter. The Goal is to not get any letters. The First one to spell HORSE Loses.

Everyone will begin with 10 Burpees. The winner will get the first choice of exercise. You will alternate exercise choices after that.
Only one distance can be chosen from the running and rowing categories, and either Doubles or Singles.
The RX’d weights are suggestions. If you and your partner decide to alter them that is up to you.
Use of modifications are available if you and your partner both agree on them.
