BYOB Friday

Ok so here is a quick update to Friday’s planned event. At Bruce’s request we are going to make it a little BYOB get together here at the gym starting at 7:00 and everyone can enjoy a beverage while Bruce completes his workout and then he will enjoy one with all of you afterwards. Plan on getting here around 7:00 and we will be starting his workout at 7:30.

50 ft. Plate Push 25/10 (Mod will be Bear Crawl)
5 Burpees
100 ft. Plate Push
10 Burpees
150 ft. Plate Push
15 Burpees
200 ft. Plate Push
20 Burpees
