  1. Hey everyone. I wanted everyone to hear this. First thing this morning I got a phone call from a healthy and fit 26-year-old who has been doing CrossFit for a year at another box. Guess what her problem was. She hurt her low back doing 14.3 last Friday. No lie. Again, good call by Jason and Bruce to not have everyone do that workout last week.
