Pork Chops and Yams:
Marinade Pork Chops in Apple Cider, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, and 2 Diced Apples for 1:30. Peel and slice a Yam into shoestring style strips. Grill the Pork Chops. Pour the Yams and the marinade Mix into a sautee pan and bring to a boil. Once the Yams are softened strain and serve the Yams with the remaining apples and pork chops.
So breakfast is probably the hardest meal of the day. Who likes pancakes. I know I do.
Here it is.
2 Bannannas (make sure the bannanas are yellow and pretty soft)
2 Eggs
2 Tbsp of Almond Butter
Mash the Bannanas up in a bowl
Add the 2 eggs then Almond Butter
Mix until you get a smooth creamy pancake batter
Pour on the griddle, it will take a little longer than regular pancakes and be careful when flipping.
This will make about 7 or 8 medium pancakes.
If you want more just double.
