  2. Loved! Andy did a great job- heavier weights for challenge, more cardio and movements we don’t always do consistently- well thought out and all wods could have be modified if needed but weren’t created already modified. Do more! 🙂

  3. I really liked the programming this past week as well. I like the longer WODs and the variety of movements we did. I appreciated the active recovery WOD on Thursday as well to get ready for 14.4! Saturday was tough but a great workout!
