I did want to take a day off until I saw this. I wanted some chest work. Ask and you shall receive. Right on.
It was a good one today! A piece of my sneaker came off during the work out.
In reference to Dana’s comment, that is the funniest thing I’ve heard all week and it made me laugh. Thank you. I needed that. It’s been a bad week.
