How does the Open Gym work?

Unlike other CrossFit gyms we don’t require class times in order for you to workout. We utilize an open gym format. We have trainers on staff during all of our open hours. Anytime during the hours listed above you are welcome to come workout. We believe you will get a better experience in small groups of 3-8 people than in large classes of 20+ people. What does that mean for you?

It means that instead of trying to fit a Warm Up, Skill Work, Strength Work, and a Workout all into a 1 hour class where everyone has to do the same thing whether or not it works with your goals, you will have the options and time to progress in those things that are important to you.

We program for all of those things above but we personalize the implementation of them to each person.

If you want to get your first Pull Up soo badly then your skill work should be moving you towards that goal. We will provide you with that path while providing someone else the path that leads them to Muscle Ups.

Our strength program isn’t a random lift chosen daily. We utilize proven 4, 6, or 8 week strength cycles designed to make you better through progressive loading.

You still get great daily workouts, coaching and community when it comes to the Workout of the Day.

So you get all of the things you’d have in any CrossFit class…Just a more personal version of it.
