		<description>Well said Jason, more validation that the gym we belong to is awesome and filled with great people.  I can also validate personally that the training we do day in and day out prepares us for the broad and unknown challenges.  I believe in the last 6 months I haven&#039;t run over 800 meters at any one time yet when I was on the course this weekend my cardio was absolutely fantastic and never really felt tired.  With the exception of some sore calf and hip flexor muscles towards the end of the race I felt like I was very well prepared and finished the race with relative ease.  This speaks volumes to the training we go through every day.  Keep up the great work everyone, it pays off.</description>
