I realize this is a bit off the topic but I wanted to take the opportunity to thank all of you for your support and encouragement during my absence. I have never forgotten you or what you stand for and being back just confirms my admiration of our FS family. I will admit I was intimidated to come in that first day but once that happened the family atmosphere and the positive energy took over. I am grateful to all of you and look forward to our times together.

As for the quote I think Craig said it best. Don't limit that commitment to just your workouts but life as a whole. Never settle!!
