The Girls

I am going to announce the September Challenge. “The Girls” CrossFit has 21 girl named benchmark WOD’s. If you commit to doing this challenge you will need to do a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 15 “Girl” WOD’s at RANDOM. You will randomly select a ball with a name on it and you must do that Girl. There will be a chart to log what workouts you have done and your time/mods. Coaches will still be focused on running the regular WOD’s so this challenge will require some autonomy on your part to set up equipment and set aside the space to work in. TODAY is the Start of the Whole 30 program. You should be all set for it by now but just a reminder that meetings will be at 6:30pm every Monday from here out, and you should be logging your food into the comments at itsonly30days.com Just a quick reminder that the Olympic Lifting class will be August 8th. If you are signed up but have changed your mind or can’t attend please let me know right away. We have committed to a number of participants and do have people waiting if a spot opens up. Sunday September 15th we will be having a flexibility clinic from 1-2:30 with Kevin Kula. We have had Kevin out here before and he has revamped his class and his teaching format and is bringing back a much better and more concise product this time. I recommend it highly if you have flexibility limitations at all . There is a 15 person MAX for his class in order to allow for maximum attention.
